I had a very frustrating experience at Discount Tire. I made an appointment for an oil change and a wheel alignment. After waiting what felt like two hours, the employee at the front desk told me my car was ready. I walked up to the counter to pay and asked how much I owed. He told me the total was $250. Right before I paid, I asked, “Did the mechanic have any comments about the alignment?” I had been concerned about it. He started looking through the paperwork and suddenly realized there wasn’t any paperwork for the alignment. At that point, I started wondering whether they had even performed it. He went back to the service area, came back a few minutes later, and told me that my car had not received the alignment. I asked him, “Were you about to charge me $250 even though the alignment wasn’t completed?” He responded, “No, that’s why I was looking for the paperwork.” But here’s the problem: the only reason he started looking for the paperwork was because I asked about the alignment. I had a great experience at Discount Tire in Redondo Beach. Eric was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. The service was fast, honest, and the whole team was welcoming. I really appreciate Eric’s excellent customer service and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this location!

Great service at discount tires! I called on a Thursday about checking one of my tires because the light was on, but I didn't see a nail, and they said there was time for me to come in just a couple hours. I spoke with Chris and he looked at the tire with me and we didn't see anything so they put it up in the back and they found one. He was helpful to order me a new tire and it came the next day. They said it was fine for me to come 30 minutes before they closed they switched out my tire very quickly. Great guys working there. I look forward to taking my car there in the future.

Had a great experience at Discount Tire. I own a Rivian R1S, and they performed a tire rotation at no cost. The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They had the proper jack pucks needed to safely lift the Rivian, which gave me confidence in their work. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable, making the experience even better. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future tire and service needs.

All smiles, fast and great service. We got our tires here for our SUV and as soon as we got a flat tire on our Tesla, we brought our car here instead of Costco or Sam’s which we have a membership with. I found out our tire for the Tesla was a patch repair and they told me they don’t even charge for patch repairs. It’s a free service. I feel like Ive found a hidden gem here. Discount Tires is more personable and has better rates than the wholesalers. Grateful for them! If you are looking on yelp to see where to go, hands down I’d check the out. You too will love them and come back for all your cars
